Theme and pages

Brand your forms, and publish simple pages around them.

You need the Edit theme & pages permission (Owners and Admins by default).

Theme

Theme sets how your public forms and pages look:

  • Logo — PNG, JPG or WebP under 1 MB.
  • Brand colour — Violet, Coral, Forest, Ocean or Ink. Buttons, highlights and progress bars use it, with a softer shade in dark mode.
  • Form font — Outfit, Newsreader or Space Grotesk.
  • Corners — Sharp, Soft or Round.
  • Show your workspace header on forms — your logo and name above each form.

The preview on the right changes as you choose. Press Save to apply everything to every form at once; View live form opens your most recently published form.

Pages

Pages lets you publish simple pages around your forms — a home page, a contact page, a careers page — at your workspace address, like your-workspace.ourforms.app/contact.

  1. Press + New page. It starts as a draft with a hero section.
  2. Set the title, address and the search title and description search engines show.
  3. Add sections and arrange them by dragging or with ↑ ↓:
    • Hero — a large heading, a sentence and a button that opens one of your forms.
    • Text — formatted text with bold, italic, lists and links.
    • Form — a card linking to a form, or the form itself embedded in the page.
    • FAQ — up to 20 questions and answers.
  4. Press Publish. View page opens it.

Make home page shows that page to visitors at your workspace's main address. Signed-in members still go to the dashboard.

Some addresses are reserved because OurForms uses them, like forms, login or docs.
