Workspace name and time zone
Rename your workspace and set the time zone your form schedules use.
Open General in the sidebar. It's there for owners, and for anyone whose role can manage users.
Name
Your workspace's name appears in the app, on your pages and in the emails OurForms sends your team. Change it and press Save.
Your address (your-workspace.ourforms.app) can't change: it's in every link, embed and QR code you've shared.
Time zone
Form schedules use your workspace's time zone. You pick open and close times in it on a form's Publish tab, and visitors who arrive early see when the form opens, with the zone's abbreviation. When you sign up, OurForms takes the time zone from your browser.
Changing the time zone doesn't move dates you've already set; it only changes how they're shown. A form set to open at 09:00 in London shows 10:00 if you switch to Paris.
