Form analytics
See where visitors drop off on each form, how long they take and where they come from.
Open a form's Analytics tab for its own numbers. For all your forms together, see The dashboard. You need the View analytics permission.
What you'll see
- Finished responses — how many people opened, started, got halfway and finished.
- Finish rate — finished as a share of those who started.
- Drop-off rate — the share who started but didn't finish.
- Needs a look — the question where most people leave.
- Median time — how long a typical visitor takes to finish.
- Drop-off by question — how many visitors reached each question.
- Devices, Browsers and Top locations.
The forms list's Completion column shows each form's finish rate over the last 30 days.
How it's measured
Your published forms record anonymous steps of each visit: opening the form, the first answer, each question reached and submitting. The preview never counts.
- No IP address and no answers are used for statistics.
- Locations come from the visitor's country only when your workspace runs behind a network that provides it; otherwise that tile stays empty.
- Today's numbers update as visits happen; earlier days are summarised overnight.
