Billing and plans
Compare plans, check your usage, change plan and download invoices.
Billing is for people with the Manage billing permission (only Owners to begin with).

Response allowances are counted per calendar month across all your forms. When the month's allowance is used up, your forms show visitors that they can't take more responses this month until the next month starts or you upgrade.
Usage
The meters at the top show this month's responses, your forms, seats and file storage. A meter turns peach above 80%.
When file storage is full, your forms stop accepting new files and signatures, and anyone who can manage billing gets a notice in the bell. Files you already have are kept. Delete submissions you no longer need, or upgrade, to make room.
Changing plan
Pick Monthly or Yearly, then Upgrade or Downgrade on a plan:
- From Free or a trial, you'll go to a secure Stripe checkout page. Your plan changes as soon as payment is confirmed. If you pay and the new plan hasn't shown yet, give it a minute: OurForms won't start a second checkout while it waits for Stripe.
- Between paid plans, or from monthly to yearly and back, OurForms first shows what Stripe will charge and when, and the change happens once you confirm. Moving to another cycle starts a new billing period today: you pay for it now, less credit for the unused part of your current one. Moving within the same cycle adds the prorated difference to your next invoice.
- If your card is declined or your bank asks you to confirm the payment, you'll go to a secure Stripe page to finish it. Your plan stays as it is until the payment goes through.
- Downgrading to Free keeps your paid plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
A smaller plan can't be chosen while you have more forms or members than it includes — remove some first.
If you're on a free trial, the page shows how many days are left.
Payment method and invoices
Manage in Stripe opens Stripe's secure page to update your card. Every invoice is listed with its amount, number and status; Download saves the PDF. When a payment goes through, OurForms also emails a receipt with the invoice attached to the workspace owner and your billing email.
