The dashboard

Read the tiles on your workspace dashboard and change the date range.

The Dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. It summarises all your forms over the last 7, 30 or 90 days — pick the range at the top right.

The tiles

  • Completed responses — how many responses arrived, with a bar for each day.
  • Best performer — the form with the most responses and its finish rate.
  • Needs a look — the form people most often leave unfinished, and the question where they give up.
  • Support — how many helpdesk tickets are open. Open Support takes you there.
  • Median time to finish — how long a typical visitor takes from their first answer to pressing Submit.
  • Where responses come from — direct visits, QR code scans, embeds on your site and links you've tagged.
  • Funnel — how many people viewed your forms, started, reached the third question and submitted.

Export CSV downloads the numbers behind the tiles.

Why some numbers differ

Responses are counted from the submissions you actually received. The funnel, finish rates, timings and devices come from anonymous visit statistics recorded by your public forms, so they can be a little different — for example, someone who opens a form twice is one response but two visits.

No visitor's IP address or answers are used for statistics. See Form analytics for each form's own numbers.

Don't see the Dashboard? Your role may not include View analytics; you'll land on Forms instead.
